Suggested Solutions: 1 - Add a Init String: Open "Control Panel" > "Modems" > "Properties" > "Connection" > "Advanced" and in "Addicional Setup" you can try one of this init strings: AT&F&C1&D2&K3W1 ou AT&F&C1&D2&K3W2 2 - Open Start > Settings > Control Panel > Modems > Properties > Connection > Advanced - Change "Flow Control" to "Software (xon/xoff)" - Go back to "Port Configuration" (the button next to Advanced) - Uncheck the "FIFO UART 16550 Compatible port". 5.
